RE:  Announcement Regarding Argo’s recall - SMOK products have no safety concerns

We would like to announce that there is no safety issue with SMOK products nor SMOK’s other products regard Argos’ recall.  Argos recently posted a notification to recall “Smok X Priv kit” and “Smok Mag kit” products which sold in a kit with the external batteries.  Such notification may bring your concerns regarding the safety issue of SMOK products.

We verified the recall notification with Argos.  They replied that the above products were sold in a kit with the external batteries18650 at Argos.  It is the external batteries which may bring the issues and the external batteries are not supplied by SMOK.  Argos has already clarified the situation on their official website.

We, Shenzhen IVPS Technology Co.,Ltd as the manufacture of SMOK products hereby announce that the above mentioned products are sold without batteries.  These batteries are not manufactured, distributed or sold by SMOK.  We are not aware nor have any reason to believe that aforementioned SMOK products, without the batteries, need to be recalled.  We do not believe other SMOK products have similar issues to be concerned.
